Lose 10lbs by Thanksgiving

If you want to strive to lose 10lbs by Thanksgiving and participate in some FUN mini challenges, message me your starting weight by Oct. 21st.

Requirements are:
1) Drink at least 8 (8oz) of water/day
2) Exercise atleast 60 mins (five days) a week.
3) Complete food diary
4) Weigh in Every Friday
5) Check the thread for mini-challenges and updates (every friday)

Please don't sign up if you are not going to commit to this challenge and follow the rules.
TO QUIT IS NOT AN OPTION

Challenge starts Oct 21st and End Nov. 23rd.

Updates will be posted in the form of a google spreadsheet. I will post the link every Monday evening and all you have to do is copy and paste the link into your browser and you'll be able to view the stats.

So who's down with loosing 10lbs???

  • Oh I'm definately down ... I want to loose 26 by then. If I don't loose but 10 I will surely be happy but November 24th is my 30th birthday & I'd like to be in or REALLY close to ONEderland by then! =)

    i wanna do this;

    few questions? can the exercise be 300 minutes total a week instead of 60 minutes 5 days a week?
    is it okay that my food diary is closed?
    there may be days i can't log on due to being out of town with no or limited internet service? not sure how this will work? i have a trip scheduled 10/28-11/01

    I am very interested in joining this challenge :D I won't have a problem with the working out or the weighing in on Fridays either since I workout 6 days a week for an hour a day :D I hope we all can do this. I am super excited to join everyone and I hope you are happy to add me! One question though, is this going to end up being a closed group?

    This sounds like a great idea! I don't keep a public food diary, but everything else is great. I can't wait to start. This will be the perfect motivation to get me into gear before I leave for Japan in December.
