Decided to give MFP a try for about 2 weeks now and I must say I'm very happy I did. Anyways I am just curious, is it just me or does MFP give a lot of extra calories to consume?
I'm done for the day and it says I have 400 calories remaining. Should I try to squeeze in more food into my diet?

Well, the thing is, how many calories a day are you allowing yourself?
I think it automatically sets itself, so it may put you at 1600 or even 2000, without realizing it, then tell you you have 400 calories remaining.
If you do have extra calories, try some juice or something. No ice cream or anything crazy, but something healthy but high in calories.0 -
