Hi! New to this and have goal of 8 pounds in 4 weeks. In 30 days I turn 30 and I am currently 15 pounds over my goal weight. Could use support and motivation! please add me !

  even, I reduced my weight from 90 kg to 62 kg before my 30th birthday. u can add me if u like.
