how many calories do you burn doing the 30 day shred?

i am doing the 30 day shred and i want to know do you count it as calories burned? and if so how many?? i do level one right now..thanks!!

    Logging it as circuit training.

    Most everyone logs it in exercises as circuit training, general.

    i used the calories given from circuit training - you can get a heart monitor to get more exact numbers though

    I have an HRM, so I go off that..But before I got my HRM I would log it under circuit training

    Don't change it. It depends on how much you weigh. If someone weighs 120 lbs, their calories burned per 20 minutes will be much less than someone that weighs 220 lbs. The system figures it out for you according to your weight. :)

    I just looked back at my exercise log and @205 lbs I burned 224 calories for 20 min. circuit training, now @ 125, I burn 151 for 20 min. circuit training.

    For me, I've found a lot of variation between Level 1 and 2. Level 1 I'd burn around 120 calories (I have HRM), and Level 2, around 200.

  • I weigh 340lbs and when I log it as circuit training I get a little over 600 calories burned. So yes, if you weigh more, you definitely burn more calories.

    I weigh 125 and use an HRM, On level 2 I burn 130cals
