New to MFP

Hello,
I am one week into my weight loss program and I feel great! I notice, that being that I have to write down everything that I eat, it helps me to stay under my 1200 calorie daily goal. So far, I have lost 5lbs from just watching, what I eat, how much I eat and going to the gym every other day. I have been a bit hungry from time to time but, I think that is because I have been eating frozen meals, that are kind of small and higher in calories than a salad or some fruit. I am going to make some minor changes to my diet this week and see what happens. More veggies and fruit and less carbs.:wink:
