Honey Glazed Chipotle Sauce for Fish

things you will need
2 Tomatoes
1 onion
3 cloves of Garlic
1 lemon
cilantro
sea salt
pepper
raw organic Honey (if you don't have it you can use regular honey. I prefer not to use regular honey cuz the put corn syrup in it)
red wine vinigar
Chipotle peppers in the can ( you can find this in the Mexican section at your grocery store)
1/2 cup water
Directions
boil 1/2 of water on medium temperature
cut up your tomatoes, onions,2 chipotle peppers,cilantro,and 3 cloves of garlic and put it into the boiling water. let it boil for about 15 mins then turn your stove to low heat ad your salt, pepper, 1/4tbsp red wine vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon, and 1/4 tbsp of honey let in simmer for about 10 min then put into a blender and blend it all up. hope you guys like this:)
Oh grill your fish and then add the sauce to the top of the fish!!!!

BTW - you can also switch the honey out for agave nectar (raw) and dark. Works great and lower glycemic than honey.
