Hi, I just started

Hi. I am Sheila and I been on my weight loss kick for a while...not as aggressively as I should be of course but today is a new day! I started yesterday (Thanks to my babysitter kicking this weight loss motivational group off). My goal is to get down to 145...I am currently at 205...Of course, I wish it would go away easy but I did not put it on in one day so I will do it the right way. Good luck everybody!!!!

    I wish I was at 205 lol I still have 34 pounds to get there but one day at a time..

    Hi there! it's my first day on here as well. :) I have been on the weight loss kick for a few years now. Lost about 80+ pounds, got discouraged and now I am ready to kick it into gear again. I have about 40 left to go. Good luck to you! :D
