New goal!! 130 by 20th birthday!! (:

Im bouncing between 165 and 170 right now. But I made up a new goal!! To loose up to 40 lbs by my 20th birthday, which is April 1st!! I know it doesnt seem like a big goal, but its a big one to me. I just cant seem to loose weight that easily!! SO, anyone with the same goal ( or close ) please add me. It would be great to have someone to reach my goal with. :D Also any tips or success stories from anyone that has lost 40 lbs would be great!! <3

    i'll be rooting you on! you're giving yourself a fair amount of time to achieve this...but i think you should do 10 lb increments, so that way you can celebrate your successes and not beat yourself up as easily as you might have otherwise. sound good? :)

    I started off wanting to lose 40lbs, I am 12lbs down now after 45 days(estimate) and I have another 29lbs to go!!

    I am also trying to get it done by my 21st birthday on January 31st.

    ^^^^I agree^^^ make mini goals - it makes the weight loss easier. I am working towards 135 right now, but I only have like 3 lbs to go. If I can do it, so can you!!!
