hmmm... I cant walk as past as I do normally in my heels so some deduction there. But I know my calves and thighs feel it when Im done.0

Maybe, but not enough to make a difference! I walk all day in my line of work, and wear 4-6 inch heels daily, and I still have the chub-love going on. So it definitely won't make you a supermodel!0
