How do you log the Jillian Micheal 30 day shred workouts? I was thinking of skipping logging it but if theres an easy way to log it might as well! I just started it today.

Thanks! I logged it as circuit training. This is sad but I dont know half the forms of exercise lol. Pedometer that sounds like a good investment =]

I just started today to I really hope it works! Its defenitly a workout for someone who doesnt work out lol..I would go to the gym once in awhile last spring but it wasnt consistent I want to stay consistent now so Im going to try for Jillian Micheals everyday and then the gym as an addition once a week since its really hard for me to get there but I have a free membership so want to get there some at least!

I used to log mine as 20 minutes circuit training which for my weight worked out as 224 calories.

However, I have recently bought a heart rate monitor, and that says I burn about 315 calories! So it really depends....

I've also been wondering this as well. I wish there was an approx chart that you could look at using your current weight and then it said approx how many calories you burned doing level 1, 2, or 3. That would be very helpful!

I strongly recommend wearing a heart rate monitor.

It turns out that I burn about 130 calories doing 30DS lvl1, I'd been logging 220 calories!

    We're all so different :)
