Anyone else have a full knee replacement? I am now 7 weeks out from surgery and back at the YMCA working out.

I completely severed my left ACL and had to have a new one grafted from my hamstring when I was 21. I went treeplanting 3 months after this happened, which is walking around on a lot of uneven terrain while carrying heavy bags of trees for 10 hours a day. I remember it would get very sore and swollen a lot, and occasionally I would take a half day off. I was scared I was doing a lot of damage and not letting it heal properly. I guess it was okay though, it's now 3 years later and I'm able to jog on it, though it does get sore and swell a bit after. That's the only time it ever bugs me anymore, and I no longer use a brace for sports so I'd say it's almost good as new!0
