I'm pretty new to the site (just started this month), but I'm already addicted. I love the support that everyone gives each other and I finally feel that I've found the tools that I need to remain motivated. I've got a long way to go, but my goal finally feels attainable!!!

    Hi! Staying motivated is key, I have "fallen off the wagon" so to speak a few times but, logging on to this site gets me right back on track. Good Luck and stay positive!:happy:

    Congratulations on your choice to better your life!

    Eat well, and track your calories, weigh yourself weekly (although I admit--I weigh daily! :embarassed: ) and measure, measure, MEASURE your body parts!
