How much higher does YOUR heart rate rise when you run outside vs running on a treadmill?

depends on how hard you are running and what type of shape you're in.
running outside is definitely more difficult, the ground doesn't move. but you can get an awesome burn on the dreadmill too!0 -
I find that I work much much harder when I am street running vs the dreadmill. Plus, the scenery changes, the air is fresher and I am motivated to not be caught walking by people I know.0

Mine... When I was running outside, I can reach up to 160'est.... When I was running on treadmill, I only can reach 150'est... For me, running outside is more difficult than on a treadmill...0

my HR can read the same level if I run long enough, high 190s and low 200s. but if I am on the treadmill the pace is of course controlled by you but rises a lot quicker on the pavement just b/c I have to work on controlling my own pace vs. just pressing a button0
