    Hmmmm....one patty has an entire day's worth of cholesterol in it....that isn't really all that healthy.

    Honestly, I think it's really great that you, unlike many people, actually cook your own meals....that's excellent. I just think that you shouldn't come on a weight-loss site and call something "healthy" when it isn't. People who don't fully understand nutrition yet will believe anything, and this could be detrimental to them. A small patty that has a full day's allowance of cholesterol is definitely not healthy, no matter what path to wellness you are on. But like I said, it's great that you cook your own foods, so keep it up! Just be careful how you post things :-)
  • oh wow that you everyone for your comments. i did mistype that cholestrol level whoops. idk how i put that in wrong i must adjust that ASAP thank you for pointing it out. livestrong,com and calorie king is often another tool that i use to find out my nutritonal information.
