Fruit Smoothie Ice Cream-- From Michael Thurmond's 6 Week Body Makeover Kit
Ingredients:
2 over-ripe bananas
1 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
1. Peel bananas and mash thoroughly in a bowl
2. Add applesauce, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend well
3. Cover and place in freezer for several hours.
