:sad: Hi All!! ..I used a free pass at the gym the other day & I assume I over did it. I can barely move today from lower back pain. I truly can hardly stand?!?!...It didnt bother me the day I worked out so I dont get it..Heat & Ibuprofen have been minimally effective any suggestions? THANKS!

  • you way over did it. You may have been working out improperly as well :C be careful and rest up!

    ICE! use the formula: R.I.C.E. --rest, ice, compression, and elevation. though i think you'll have a hard time wrapping and elevating your lower back i would recommend ice packs and some gentle stretching.
  • A soak in a hot bath with epsoms salt might help!

    Stretch - stretch - stretch - lots of it!! Google "lower back stretches" if you are not sure of the type of stretches to do :-)
  • I love my ART Chiropractor (Active Release Therapy) and he/she will give you exercises to help your particular problem. I have suffered with back trouble for yearrrrrrrrrrs and this is what works for me. Good luck.
