hi everyone...I am glad that I found this website to track my weight loss progress...I know that it is so important to track the foods you eat daily but I always seem to start off right, but then I slack off and stop keeping track. I am hoping this time I can succeed and make it to my weight loss goal.

    Welcome!

We all have "Day One" on a regular basis. I just recently took an entire week off from exercise and logging food. But you can start again whenever you want. It doesn't ruin everthing! It will just take you a little longer to reach your goal.

You CAN do this! We are here for you. this site has wonderful people who will always have suggestions and tips.

  • I am the worst when it comes to that. I'm all gung ho about tracking what I eat - then I lose the notepad I write it in - then I forget one mean - then two - then it's a hassle. This website has made it like a game! It's so easy and fun to track it all on here. I'm soooo glad I found this site. The only bummer is they must have some sort of firewall up at work because I can't access it from work at all

Congrats on day 1 - that's the biggest step!

I am the same way!!! I took 3 days off because I was sick and miserable, but I didn't feel the guilt I normally do when I stop a diet for a few days. I knew that when I was better, I could jump right back on and continue my progress.

Here's to Day ones and losing weight!!!:drinker:
