My arms are incredibly sore after doing a jackie video with my weights. I'm pretty sure I was doing it right but now its hard to move my arm in the shoulder area. Should I continue the workouts with the weights or wait til I'm less sore? I figured its just me growing some muscle finally. But I've been wrong a time or two before

If you are sore, I would give it a rest. If it's in the muscle, try gently stretching it. If it feels like a tendon or joint, leave it alone because it is probably inflamed and you don't want to irritate it further. It might take about 3-5 days to heal.0

If it's your first time to do it with the weight you might try it without them. You will still be able to get something out of it without them or try using lighter weights. I'm not sure but if it's to much pain than I woldn't keep using them. Their is going to be a certain amount of discomfort from the exercise I'm sure. Do what you need to so that you can keep with the exercise that's what I would think is more important. If doing them with the weights is only going to allow you a couple of days workout than try it without them or lighter ones.0
