Water Retention

For those who did 30DS or Ripped in 30 did you gain weight such as water retention, then lost it...Wondering that if you did, how long did it take to see the weight drop??

    I was never sure of it was water or a plateau but with 30ds about 2 weeks, with ripped about a week.

    You can expect anywhere from 3 days to a couple of weeks depending on you. It isn't real weight gain, and you should be able to tell even without looking at the scale when that water retention is going down.

    YES! I went up 2.4 lbs the first week and then dropped that and 3 additional pounds by day 9. By day 30 I was down 11 lbs. Just push through it. Also keep track of your measurements because they keep dropping no matter what the scale says. I would recommend not weighing every day but at the end of every level.
