    No running or bootcamp today. Planning on going to the gym with hubby and lifting weights. Haven't done that for a while so it should be fun tomorrow. :wink:

    Katie, you're racking up those miles - good work!!

    No run for me today - did upper body work out this morning. Still feel a little leg weary from Saturday and Sunday's runs. Not sure why, they weren't really long and not particularly fast. Oh well, I guess some days you're just not feeling it.

    I took my son and neighbor out for our Couch to 5K run today. The beginning of week 2 on that program. It is a lot of fun and it brings back memories of my learn to run days. So glad I'm past those for some reason even my Marathon seemed easier than those early days of running. Strength training day for me, as well. Almost finished with Power 90!.

    Strength training and HIIT on the rower today. Looking forward to a nice (albeit short) run tomorrow.

    It was extremely windy here so I just ran for 10-15 minutes at my daughters soccer practice. I got yelled at my one of the parents saying I made them all look bad by working out! LOL

    Week 3 Day 2 of couch to 5K. Made it up to 6 MPH on the running parts. It was tough, but I made it through. Yay me!

    hit my 4 miles today...thank goodness! when i first started running in January I could barely finish 2 miles and was huffing and puffing. My goal back then was to run 4 miles every time i hit the streets (or treadmill) and I'm doing it! I use my Nike+ with my ipod so I can listen in on how far I've gone. I swear that thing is amazing I can't run without it!

    4 miles for me today. I felt a bit sluggish but I think that's because my trainer worked my butt off:laugh:

    Seven on the treadmill today. There was no way I was running in crazy gusty winds. I'm a wimp, I know! :blushing:
