What is your weigh-in day?

Mine used to be Mondays, but I feel like I'm my best mid-week. I'm thinking about changing my weigh-in day to Wednesday.

What day do you weigh-in, is it once a week?

    i weigh in at weight watchers every week on thursday

    I weigh in once a week on Friday mornings before work
  • Mondays and not sure why. Weekends are bad... Generally recheck Thursday's and down 2 lbs. Gotta be water weight??

    Thursdays, but I peeked today and was happy with what I saw.
  • My weigh in day is Monday...it's been going well for me. I weighed myself on a Friday and was not happy with the results. I think this is because I tend to work out more on the weekend...

    Friday mornings since Friday night is my "cheat meal." In the past when trying to lose weight I've gotten obsessive about weighing...every day in the morning, then at the gym, then at night- at the time I felt it kept me on track but really when you're looking so often it's so hard to remember you're making progress. I've done pretty well so far- I haven't peeked early more than once a week.

    I weigh every day, but log my weight Saturday morning so I can splurge on Saturday.

    I do Thursdays. I think because I have a weird schedule at times, and Thursdays seem to be consistent.
    I peek on Monday and Tuesday to see what damage I have done on the weekend, though.

    Mondays. Just after lunch seems to be my optimum time for the lowest weight - fluid retention at night? Though I do look on Thursdays as well, but wont log it unless its significant.

    thursdays... since I started MFP on Thursday 1st September :-) Really hard to not post my weight before the week is up when it is a positive loss!
  • Mine is monday, this restricts me from binging on the weekend because I know I have to face the music on Monday's.
  • I may check more than this, but my actual weigh in day is on Sunday.

    I weigh in on Monday mornings and Wednesday mornings (those are teh two days of the week that I enter my weight on MFP) but I also check my weight Friday afternoons before leaving work to remind myself not to overindulge too much. I never want to get above my Wednesday number the following Monday.

    mine is friday's. do it first thing in morning. try not to weigh between times.

  • It used to be Friday, and then I switched to Monday (thinking that would keep me accountable on the weekend) Now it's just whenever I feel like it. I try to weigh myself every week or two

    I log it here on MFP on Monday's, but I've started checking it every morning. If I don't, I'll just go crazy with food then be disappointed come Monday because I wasn't careful. It's my daily reminder to not let things get out of control that day.
