My personalized plan says that I need a minimum of 1200 calories a day. What's the MAXIMUM?

whatever it tells you unless you eat your exercise cals. the max is whatever you cn eat and still maintain weight. im on 1570 + my breastfeeding cals which puts me at 1870.

i dont think there is a maximum, the more u eat the more weight u gain, well on the higher end of the scale anyway. But if you love your food, exercise, then u can eat back those calories u just burnt off to give u an end result of 1200, but really if u do 500 cals of exercise, u should actually consume 1700 cals. Eat as much as u like, just remember to exercise to bring ur Net figure back to 1200 ish. Hope this helps.

That's ur minimum and maximum (unless you add more calories by excercising). If you
do excercise, whatever the amount of calories they say you earned you get to add on and
eat. That's why I love this webpage. Good luck & God bless!!
