What a difference a year can make!

I started my weight loss journey on Dec. 29, 2010 after finally reaching a point of being thoroughly disgusted with myself. I finally decided to do something for myself after 21 years of raising children. The picture on the left was taken in October 2010 at a football tailgate where my 2 daughters attend college. The one on the right was taken last weekend exactly one year later. Putting these two pictures side by side I was actually able to see how much progress I have made. I have lost over 45 pounds to date and am working on the last 15. After seeing these pictures, I know I am going to make it and keep it off!!!
