So as you know Halloween is coming soon and so is all that delicious candy and goodies. What are your ways of dealing with so much temptation?. Me I have no idea because I surrender to candy "specially caramel" but this year if I'm eating some I will work them out harder

Three ways you can deal with it...
1) Completely avoid it. Don't have candy in the house. Don't touch it when others have it. Don't even look at it.
2) Have some in moderation and log it.
3) Halloween is one day, and no matter how many Reese's cups and handfuls of Candy Corn you eat, you're not going to do any lasting damage, unless you're diabetic or have other sugar related complications. Eat it, enjoy it, then get back to life as normal.

There is a fourth way, but it's not recommended. Eat some, or a lot, then feel really guilty about it, feel like you screwed up, and continue eating junk because you think it just doesn't matter anymore. No matter what you eat or don't eat, don't let guilt get you down. It's just food. It shouldn't get emotions attached.0 -

but I really like the second one and 3rd one makes me feel much better. I'll try not to but if I do I will log it in..THANKS LorinaLynn

I like option #3.

I only buy candy for the trick-o-treaters that I don't like. If there is any left over, I just bring it to work or give it to my cousins. If I don't buy it, I can't eat it
