I'm NOT so great at exercising! I would love to meet motivating ppl who love to push each other! Please add me! :bigsmile:

    Go ahead and add me too...I'm training for a 1/2 marathon (and I am no natural runner)...and I try to weight train at least 2x a week.

    I do the following:
    Teach yoga and pilates twice a week
    dance
    running
    weight training
    calisthenics
    tae bo
    walking
    Gym cardio machines (good for studying!)
    Hostessing at a restaurant (<kicks my behind more than any of the above-mentioned)
    I do two or more of the above every day, for a minimum of an hour.
