    for right now, all sugar, and almost all carbs - esp. the simple carbs. However, it is just for a month to kickstart my weightloss, then once the month is up I plan to eat (almost) anything in moderation, and to stay in a caloric defiecient.

    I stay away from eating out... It is where the most calories are lurking and something that kills your pocketbook and waistline if you are not smart about your choices.

    I just started packing my lunches every day and if I do go out to eat I make sure that I go to one of my fave restaurants where I know the cooks and how the food is prepared so there aren't any surprises on my calorie intake.

    I try and avoid food that is not food but has enough calories to be a meal. Like Take 5 candy bars. I was addicted to those for a while until I looked at the calories.

    All forms of Soda...Rice...Pasta....Bread..
    The bread and pasta is only temporary to get a good body cleanse... Soda is gone for good. I'm not doing a fad diet cleanse...fyi. my doctor just thought it would help with my digestive system, bc I have issues lol
