Well i have been at this for a few months. sometimes i dont see a change but i went to the nail shop this weekend and the owner said ... while working on someone ... and every chair taken ....
her...you lost weight!
me... a little (blushing)
her... no a lot !
me... kinda ... almost 60lbs
and everyone gasped .,.. lol i felt soooo red ...lol
but it was nice because for 3 months the numbers havent dropped but they havent gone up
and to see someone notice who isnt my hubby ...
just started something new today ... in my "diet" (i just dont like that word) i hope it works ... eating more ... lol but healthy
