Hi everyone! I'm 21 years old and I'm having trouble getting motivated to loose weight. However, last night I finally decided that I have GOT to shed some pounds. In high school I was very active with Varsity volleyball but after I met my husband, the pounds just starting coming on. I love to bake and I definitely have a sweet tooth so any suggestions to help curve it with something healthy will be greatly appreciated!!
