Black beans, red beans, lentils, brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal, flaxseed, blackstrap molasses, almond or rice milk (depending on my mood), apples, oranges, bananas, carrots, avocados, tomatoes, dates, mixed nuts, olives, honey (totally a health food, guys), tofu, hummus, Greek yogurt, whatever vegetable I feel like having for dinner (usually some sort of green or, lately, squash), dried apricots, peanut butter, and, twice a week, some sort of wild fish (usually tuna or salmon).

I'm almost never without any of these.

My not-so-healthy staple is dark chocolate.
