Doing Exercises at Work=Worth it?

I've started working out at work, through out the day, little bit at a time. 50 Jumping jacks here, 100 Jumping jacks there, 20 wall pushups while waiting on copies, etc. I've also got butt kicks, high knees, crunches, wall sits, squats, and misc stretches on my list of options to do while at work. Does anyone know if this is actually helpful, since it's only a few minutes at a time. I know its better than NOT doing anything all day, but is it really worth it?
Today, I did a 15 min cardio exercise this morning at home, then during working hours, I've done 350 Jumping jacks, and 100 wall pushups. (I work primarily alone, in an outside-the-city-limits, casual attire office, so no crazy looks from coworkers! Otherwise, it wouldn't be something I'd be able to talk myself into! ) I've been doing this for a couple weeks now.
Anyone do this? Any ideas on more exercises I could incorporate? Am I just being silly, and thinking this will benefit me?
Thanks ya'll!

That's too good! my mom does walking lunges to the copy machine, squats while she's typing, calf raises while she's on the phone, etc.
It's kind of like "people that fidget weigh less on average than those who dont" i'd say jumping jacks trump fidgeting every time0 -
This is a good way to workout.0

I think its a great idea. I keep 5lb weights at my desk and lift them while on the phone or have down time. Since I'm in an office with other folks, I can't do everything you do, but I encourage you to keep on doing it!!!0
