Scoliosis!

I was born crooked. On top of my scoliosis, one of my legs is longer than the other making the curve in my back more severe. Many exercises hurt my back and cause huge amounts of pain. I always wanted to play field hockey but after trying it for a week I realized with MY back this would never happen. Any good strength training or exercises that don't influence your back a lot?

The truth is... you HAVE to strengthen your back muscles and your core to prevent back pain. I suggest googling exercises for scoliosis. It's a good place to start. You can even significantly improve your condition with the correct training.

also have this issue.
I deadlift often, and heavy. I have zero back pain issues...
Actually the best exercise for this i beleive is One arm DB rows. high reps (10-12) 3 sets. You can generally push yourself alot with this one without causing any pain or anything.0
