I just think it is so cool that so many of us have been baby sitting that one post of V's . I kind of feel like a TEAM!

If you were the coach, what ONE motivational tip would you say has meant the most to you on this site??

Something other than "I really really love you guys......:heart: " That's a given!!

Mine would be - be honest with yourself.

    I'd say, Rome wasn't built in a day. It took you a long time to gain it, don't try to loose it all in 2 weeks.

    For me it was just that as well, being honest with myself and then, like banks says, it didn't just happen that I got this way so it isn't going to magically go away in a day.

    There has been alot of great support on the site.

    " Knowledge is Power".

    It is important to do some educating for yourself. Do you know what a balanced diet means and what it does for your body? Do you know what protien is, the forms of it and what is does for you? Do you know what complex and simple sugars are, their forms and the difference they have on your body? Do you know the importance of fat or fibre? I see alot of people post who are unsure of what types of food they should be eating. We can all count calories and eat 1200 cals of anything like the old "points" system of wieght watchers, but how long can you maintain that plan if your body can't run efficiantly? Learn the basics for yourself, not through the posts, this is your journey, don't you want to learn how to do it so you can maintain it for life?:flowerforyou:

    You must set your goals and continue to adjust and fix it daily!
    I heard someone say that an airplane is off course 90 percent of the time and the pilot has to keep adjusting it over and over until it reaches its destination.
    Im not sure if that's true but It made me think.
    We must set our goals and continue to adjust until we reach our destination and goals.
    Stay on course!

    I always ate stuff because I "had a hard day and deserved it."
