Where you in your cycle? That if you are at TOM it can cause weight gain of a few pounds. Also, are you working out? You won't lose weight very quickly without working out especially when you don't have that much to lose (less than 20 lbs). You also need to make sure that you are hitting at least 1200 calories a day. If you don't eat enough, you will not lose weight.
It also hard to judge what you are eating when you are logging in quick calories with no information about what is in the product. You may be way over on sodium which causes water retention (i.e., no weight loss). There are a lot of processed foods on your diary which contain tons of sodium/sugar.0 -
Keep in mind that our weight fluctuates by a couple of pounds each day - water weight, sodium, lack of sleep, TOM, etc. makes this happen. I agree that you should try to eat more fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, and drink more water! I don't see you logging water either. It's important to schedule at least 30 minutes of some type of exercise daily. MAKE TIME, NO EXCUSES! Everyone can find 30 minutes in their schedule to go for a walk or do a quick workout if it's important enough to them. Eat 5-6 small meals each day (about 2-3 hrs. between meals) to keep your metabolism going. Depending on what time you wake in the mornings, try to get your workout done FIRST THING! Seriously, mix up cardio and strength training each week. Muscle burns fat! 30 minutes is all you need, at least 5 days each week with cardio and strength. You can give up if you want to, but you won't be happy. You CAN do this!0

I found during TOM my weight might go up and then right after I notice a big drop that I expected during TOM. I also drink tons of water. This helps. Goodluck and remember it is worth the hardwork and lack of cheese burgers! Think about what you want more, to have control over your food or let it control you...You can control the urge!0

Your diary for today didn't show any obvious problems. Consistency and patience are a big part of the equation. Any fitness activities going on?0

Try more veggies fruit and protein. Try cardio for 30-40 minutes a day. Try weighing yourself only once or twice a week, dont obsess over the number. Dont give up! You got this girl!0

You've been over your daily calorie goal 10 days in the past two weeks. Try exercising, and/or setting a more modest goal (maybe only half a pound a week) and then stick to it.0

most household scales are not very accurate they can be off by as much as 5 pounds just in the way you stand on them. don't get disscoraged.0
