What is fluff and sludge?

I keep seeing the words "fluff" and "sludge" and I have no idea what it is! If someone could please tell me what it is with a recipe Id appreciate it!

    I believe "fluff" is a pre-production process in the adult film industry; and "sludge" is a mixture of dirt and petroleum products, possibly post-production in the adult film industry.

    the difference between the two would be the consistency

    The ones to talk to about fluff and sludge are chrisdavey and Acg67. I think they make them daily. I was hoping one of them would spot this thread. I can't remember exactly what the difference between fluff and sludge is, but here is a link that one of them has given for the fluff:

    Quoting from that site: "The word "protein fluff" is made by combining the two words "protein" and "fluffy". This probably because the finished product is very big and fluffy. Protein fluff is made from whipping protein powder, milk and frozen berries hard."

    Yeah, I've seen a few posts of food pics with "fluff" and "sludge." I knew they were both protein poweder and something but never new the ratios. I'd like to try them though. Could someone please post the ratios of both?
