Hey guys not to be silly but needed to know about counting pedometer step calories? Like i am loosing at a pretty good clip-but i am not sure if i am supposed to also eat the cals burned from my pedometer steps or no? Im supposed to be at 1480 a day right now but im doing 1450- but on average am burning 250-300 cals from my pedometer steps-help??? lol i dont know if those cals are already accounted for in my normal cal count for functioning or not.
Thanks

Hi,
Walking is my main form of exercise, but I don't count any unless it is deliberate. If I wear a pedometer all day at work, I would walk from 5-6 miles. However, I only count the two miles I do deliberately before work starts and during my lunch. Otherwise, I figure it is already figured in.
