me by the week, my tape measure is my best friend now :O)0

I weigh myself weekly and take measurements monthly. I don't see the point in measuring more often as all you see are micro-changes. :flowerforyou:0

I take my measurements monthly at the end of the month as another measure of my progress. I am afraid I would not see enough change in measurements if I took them more frequently than that.0
