I cant figure out how to add my picture and Ive tried looking into I found post but its not working but its my main picture on my profile
I do low carb and I lost 80lbs then I went off and about 3 years later I started to gain small amount back and gained 20-25lbs back so I went back on in aug and Ive lost about 40lbs.... so far.... Not done but this is where Im at!
