Wonder why my estimation weight loss keeps going up when im not eating over the amount of calories and Im exercising too much as well. For some reason everytime I look it goes up a pound? any help would be appreciated

Well, there could be a lot of reasons. The one I would think of straight off the bat is (and this happens to a lot of people, myself included) when you first start working out after being more or less sedentary, your body recognizes the change and starts adding muscle to compensate for increased physical activity. It can take weeks for you to see any loss in the beginning for some people. It's just that every body is different. You may just need to give it time.0

Yes, What banks said AND you could be working out (strength training) too much and it is causing bulky muscle. Remember: Muscle weighs more than Fat!! So... don't get discouraged, the more muscle you build the more calories (fat) you will burn.
The question is: Are you losing inches? If so, you are doing okay! There could be someone out there that is 6'0 and 210 lbs and be only 3% body fat and still be considered "overweight".0
