    Looks like you guys had some fantastic losses this week! I saw a few like me who maintained but no gains from last week, GREAT JOB everyone!

    I've hit another plateau and my husband has left for 3 wks w/ National Guard training and I have decided to set my goal as 135.0 lbs by the time he gets home Nov. 4th. 135 was my GW when I started MFP.

    I signed up for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure & donated extra w/ the registration as last week's challenge. I can't afford to go shopping this week to try on smaller size clothes, but I did go last week and bought size small shirts for the first time in about 6 years. It was fantastic! And bought smaller size bras as well, which I am thrilled about (although my husband has mixed feelings, lol.)

    my hormones are messing with me. i have steadily gained a pound each day this week. *sigh*

    how did the shopping expeditions go? did it help motivate you to lose the weight be the end of the challenge?

    Haven't been doing good at all with food choices... Cravings..tom is on the way. I did so good last week until the cravings started. I like having this for a tool on my overall ups and downs

    if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO ADD 50 SIT-UPS OR 10 PLANKS TO YOUR DAILY EXERCISE REGIME. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun kicking your workout up a notch!

    I am starting this late but have a walk I am doing Thanksgiving morning and thought this would help me get motivated.
    I joined this site this past weekend and love love the tracking. Since Monday I have for the first time in a long time stayed in my range of calories. I just love the tracking......
