On a whim, I purchased a beautiful kohlrabi today at a farmers market. Anyone have a favorite recipe for kohlrabi? I have a large one with the leaves and stems still attached:-)

We grow them in our garden...We slice it up & eat it raw with ranch dressing or salt & pepper.0
