I started MFP about 2 months ago, but I quickly fell off the bandwagon. In fact, it only lasted about a week. Now I'm trying to regain my motivation and start over!

As Steve from my Gym would say, it's better to have been a 'has been' then a "never had'. Just keep telling yourself you'll have bad days and good, but just to say in the race, it's a marathon, not a spint!0

I fell off too for like a year and a half but the important thing is that you get back on0

I did MFP twice. The first time I fell off the wagon when I bloated right before a cycle and lost all motivation. Almost a year later I started again and was very successful! I am kind of on a weight loss hiatus right now while I grow a baby but after I do that i will be back full force! i'm glad you are making an effort! it really is worth it!0
