I am writing a college paper on discourse comunities and I have chosen to research MFP. A discourse community is a group in which all the members share one or more things in common. Please answer the following questions to this survey. Thank y'all in advance! (ALL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL IN THIS ESSAY. NO NAMES, GOALS, OR LOCATIONS WILL BE REVEALED. 2. What keeps you logging onto MFP daily?
3. What is your favorite feature on this site?
4. What are you looking to get out of MFP? (Goals)

MFP Groups
1. What groups are formed within MFP?
2. What qualifies an MFP member as being an "ideal" member? In other words, what does a member need to do in order to be accepted in this group?

    Sorry, we don't allow surveys of our members on the site. Like ads and other solicitations, we do not want our members to become bombarded with market research or other survey requests in the forums.

    Hope you can understand why this rule is in place.
