30 lbs down, 50 to go... with pics!

I started trying to lose weight on 6/22/11 so it's taken me close to 4 months to get rid of 30 pounds. I have worked my butt off and hopefully this can be a little inspiration for at least 1 other person. For reference I am 5'7" , 25 years old and mom to a 2 1/2 year old. I eat 1600 calories a day and workout for 60-90 minutes 5 to 6 times a week. I use a Polar FT4 and aim for at least a 800 calorie burn each time. I favor cardio, but I'm trying to do strength training more often. I've got 49 more pounds to lose before I have a healthy BMI of 159 but my goal is 140 for now. Thanks to all my fabulous MFP friends for the continued support!!!!

    Good for you! I started losing weight in April 2011 at 246. Now I am at 208! My long term goal is 165. Thanks for the inspiration!:drinker: here's to you!

    well done, you look amazing and should be really proud of yourself as I am sure you are, you inspire others. I have been on this 2 weeks now and have lost 7lb so am really pleased
