    WOW thats fantastic I can really see a difference on you which is spooky as I too started around the 240 mark and so far have lost 25lbs and even thou I must have lost some weight as Ive gone down a pant size I have yet to really notice the loss or even had someone say to me "have you lost weight" . I guess some people dont want to say something incase it upsets you lol Oh well my friend congratulations on your success so far and I cant wait to celebrate the news of our 30lb weightloss :)
