    Hi there,

Welcome to MFP. You'll find lots of help and support here. I know what it's like to avoid getting on the scales only to be horrified when I did. The good news is that you've taken that first step! :)

    Good luck to you.

I signed up yesterday, and I'll admit that one of the first things I did was check to see how many calories are in my favourite brews. I figure as long as I actually work them into my calories instead of on top of them, I don't have to give it up completely. Right? Please tell me I'm right :)

    Good luck to us!

Well done for getting here we all need a wee push in the right direction  There are lots of good sites out there for recipes I like Good to Know they have quite a good low fat section.
Hmm on the beer front...I love a good night out, weekends away with my mates, gig's etc there's no way I am living like a saint life's to short I do however allow for it in my daily nutrition sheet and if I think I am going to consume more than I should :blushing: then I will walk for miles to earn an extra allowance I think it's worth it hehe
  • thanks for all the welcomes! Im fully aware my love of beer is probably my main issue!! But i think your right about taking it into account moderation is the key :)

    Again thanks guys!
