Bootcamp on Tues & Thur; What in between??

Hello,
I go to a bootcamp class twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday. This class most of the time cover a 'full body' workout, but not always. Somedays it is more upperbody, etc.
Shoud I still do a full body workout on other days? or just Cardio?
Very Very new at this and am looking to loose appx 6 pounds and desperately need to tone up

Do some interval training! If you're not a runner then hit up the elliptical and go hard for 30 seconds, then 90 seconds easy. Repeat.
Hill repeats. Run hard up a hill for 15-30 seconds, jog/walk back down. Repeat.0 -
If your muscles hurt I'd go for the cardio! If your muscles are okay you could do some circuit training or interval training.
Be sure to give your body at least one rest day a week, or do some light stretching on that day :flowerforyou:

thanks, I thinkk I will work on cardio (treadmill) 3 days, plus some abs; and stick with the boot camp class 2 days a week.
We'll see what the results are!!0 -
I do intervals on the treadmill......not quite coordinated enough for the elliptical!! Maybe I will try it again, but I feel as if I am going to fall off for some reason0
