Hello :) So a few days ago I was just finishing up in the shower and put my right leg on the leg while toweling off my hair. Well as I shifted my weight in that direction I notice a slight bulge above my knee towards the left side. I thought it was just the lighting (its pretty dim) but then I felt it and it was hard, a muscle. Gahh :D I'm so excited to see some progress I haven't seen any in a while.
Has anything similar happened to anyone else?

  • Absolutely. For me it was putting my hands on my waist. I did that and realized I was touching muscle, not "padding".
    Now THAT is motivating and a sure sign of success regardless of what the scale says. Congratulations!
