Day 11-Emotional Eaters

Good Morning! I can't believe how cold it is now,having to turn on the heat but it is that time of year for alot of us. How did everyone do yesterday? I feel like I am doing pretty good but still have a few habits to break. I always eat my breafast after I get off work and that is around midnight-1 am instead of waiting till 6 or 7 am. I would like to change that in time. Have a good day everyone and will check back later.

    Not a good day - have not logged onto MFP for a week and it was a case of just need a break not think about my diet and I have indeed logged on 120 days in a row. Lost my target weight. But I have been feeling so anxious and I cant explain because I am not a person that suffers that sort of anxiety also I have nothing to be anxious about! Anyway today have definitely been comfort eating. I know I can control my eating but today I just didn't even try.
    Was working from home maybe that was a part of it. I hate working at home can never settle to it.

    Hi ladies. I am happy to report that I have not binged one time in the past 2 1/2 weeks. This is a great accomplishment for me. Hope you all are doing well!
