    It has been a year since I found this website and started to change my life. I never thought I'd get to the stage where I could eat as much as I do and keep the weight off but I've found a routine that seems to work. I've dropped from a UK size 16/18 to a 12-14, lost approx 28" and (depending on TOM) have dropped over 40lbs. Times like this you can't help but be a little proud of what you've achieved.

    The horse has lost weight with me :laugh: I'm 5'7" and currently hover between 135-138lbs.

    You look much smaller than a 12-14. I am your height and 21lbs more than you and am in a size 12. YOU look AMAZING!!!
