So I just joined and really want to commit to this I down loaded an app for me phone and I'm doing this! I have tried other tools but books go bulky and cumbersome or lost and weightwatchers/jenny craig too expensive. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!! :happy:

    you can do it!!!! i just started a few weeks ago and i have lost some weight already... it can be done! just keep your head up and keep it moving! consistency is KEY! make this a daily routine and you will see results!!
